
They have a wealth of expertise and success in learning outside the classroom with horticulture and animal care; developing confidence with communication, functional literacy and numeracy.
This venture is an extension of what they already do very well. Working in situ on our own land where children can access real-world workplaces means that it is further embedded in our curriculum and integral to our ‘life improving’ teaching and learning.
This is an opportunity for the venture to collaboration with local businesses, local leisure groups, schools and communities as they are integral to its success. They are part of the local community and want, for the sake our children’s futures, to have a positive, purposeful and meaningful presence here.
