Our brief was to modernise the interiors of One Station Square, an under-used 1970s office block in Bracknell, increasing its attractiveness to occupiers. We wanted to provide something completely new for the Bracknell office market and a major contributor to this goal was the removal of the suspended ceilings to expose the ‘potted’ soffit. This creates the impression of larger spaces. Alongside this, we devised a simple scheme of bright white paintwork, contrasting carpets, galvanized steel exposed services, new air conditioning and suspended ceiling lighting. The space is now fully customisable, providing future occupiers with a clean, crisp, canvas for any brand to slot into.
