dn-a have been appointed to assist Urbana in re-positioning this headquarters building into a multiple tenanted office space for the Richmond market.

This former headquarters building forms part of the gateway into the centre of Richmond, only 5 minutes walk from Richmond Rail, Overground and Underground Station. The building is currently vacate, after under went significant reception and amenity upgrades back in 2012.

These demise works are partnered with the creation of a new communal business lounge and external terrace on the ground floor.
