Following on from the completion of the Charter Building in Uxbridge, Landid and Brockton Capital kindly sponsored the BCO Tour of the recently completed refurbishment. The Tour provided an exciting opportunity for attendees to find out more about this redevelopment.
Developed by the joint venture between Landid Property and Brockton Capital, The Charter Building has been designed to bring a new sort of workspace to Uxbridge. Just 100 metres from Uxbridge tube station, the building provides a well-connected home for the modern, discerning occupier that values sustainability, good design and the wellbeing of its workforce.
A talk from Chris Hiatt of Landid, James Finnis of JLL and Jai Sanghera of dn-a started proceedings before a comprehensive tour of the 244,000 sq ft building. We hope everyone enjoyed the site tour and the chance to meet with like-minded peers within the office sector.
