2024 has been a year of milestones for dn-a architecture – 20 years since dn-a was founded and now it has transitioned into an Employee Ownership Trust.
At the end of October 2024, the two founding Directors Jai Sanghera and Stuart McLarty committed to the formation of a new Employee Ownership Trust. The Trust will focus on continuing the success of dn-a on behalf of its current and future employees.
The leadership of dn-a will continue via the senior leadership team, with Stuart and Jai continuing their Directorships through this transition period. This new era, headed by Director John Duthaler, will be focused on creating a new employee-focused culture alongside maintaining and evolving the core strengths of the practice.
This is an exciting period for dn-a architecture and an opportunity for the new employee-owned culture to flourish.
