dn-a is delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Urbana Partners to assist in repositioning this existing commercial office building in Richmond, formally leased by ‘Not on the High Street’.
It already boasts excellent sustainability credentials with EPC B and BREEAM Excellent, following some upgrades back in 2013 and 2022. However, currently it lacks amenity and flexibility in its layout to satisfy the needs of tenants and the local office market. With a focus on enhancing the sustainability credentials, our scope will involve minor rationalisation of the façade, CAT A and CAT B fit outs, alongside improvements to the building’s amenity provision.
