At the beginning of June, dn-a decided to kick off summer in style, with our very first international company day trip to Brussels in Belgium!
Despite the early start, the team arrived at London King’s Cross St Pancras station to board the Eurostar, and within 2 hours we had arrived in Brussels ready for a full day of sightseeing and exploring. As this was a day trip we had to maximise time, so we weren’t to miss visiting one of Brussels’ most iconic landmarks, Atomium.
The day as a whole was a great team-bonding experience and an opportunity to not only get out of the office, but also explore the incredible landscape and architecture Brussels has to offer. But also, it was a chance for most of the team to visit a country and city they had never been to before and immerse themselves in the Belgian culture. (Lots of Belgian chocolate and Belgian beer were consumed on this trip!)
The trip was a huge success, which only means one thing… where do we go next?
