Here are the first glimpses of our recently constructed Charter Building model built by our in-house model expert Michael Caffrey. This commercial office development will be an outstanding refurbishment, bringing together contemporary ideas with a contextual understanding that will enhance and enrich Uxbridge Town Centre. The development has a total Gross External Area of 324,631 sq. ft. and is one of the biggest commercial offices in the area. The design features a large central atrium which creates a natural, day-lit heart to the building, forming part of the internal street connecting both north and south entrances.
