dn-a has submitted a proposal for a residential refurbishment of Federated House, a commercial office building in Dorking. The site has excellent transport links into London and to the surrounding area, which made the site ideal for conversion into affordable housing.
The scheme provides 37x 1 bed apartments and 36x 2 bed apartments suitable for first time buyers. The use of a number of clever, spacing-saving design concepts has allowed the design team to create spacious apartments.
