The finishing touches have been made to the Charter Buildings’ marketing suite. The development designed by dn-a architects for Landid and Brockton Capital Partners, is due for completion in December 2016. The scheme will provide much needed Grade A office space to the amenity rich Uxbridge Town Centre.
The completed scheme aims to deliver on both corporate and personal ideals of the perfect working space. Providing managed community space and areas where people and businesses can come together and collaborate which will help make this a very special place to be.
The office interiors are designed to express a clean modern and open feel. This has been achieved by replacing the traditional suspended ceiling and exposing the insitu concrete soffit and using suspended light fittings with up and down lighting provision. Full height windows provide plenty of additional natural light making the space light and airy.
Working alongside marketing consultancy, Siren Design and signage experts, Sign Box the Marketing Suite provides the first glimpses of the spaces being created in The Charter Building which is aiming to show potential occupiers the building’s aspirations as a fun and exciting place to work. This has been achieved by highlighting some of The Charter Buildings key features; such as the huge acre floorplates, break-out zones, inspirational and collaborative spaces, and Uxbridge itself.
The finished floor plates will offer prospective tenants with office space with a look that is clean and crisp, providing the perfect canvas for any brand to slot into.
