We were responsible for the design of Phase 2 of development at Leeds Valley Park, an award-winning business park in Yorkshire. The two buildings in the second phase totalled almost 150,000 sq ft and set a new benchmark in business park design. The palette of high quality materials included crisply detailed wood cladding, full height glazing and buff coloured brick, creating a modern, but warm finish within the landscaped park. Both buildings were designed to offer occupiers maximum flexibility.
